Each class covers a warm-up section with postural awareness, balance and coordination work, followed by core strength and body toning with the option to use resistance bands and hand weights, finishing with 10 - 15 minutes of stretching and flexibility.
Please bring your own mat and band. LIght hand weights for up to 1.5k are also useful for body toning and strength development.
