One to one
As a private client you will recieve much more individual analysis, and advice on how to address postural weaknesses.
Each hour long session will start with a warm up and some basic Pilates moves, to anaylse the way you move and to refresh postural awareness. This will be followed by a developing program, specifically tailored to your needs. We can chart your progress with photos and complete a weekly diary, which will also help to track lifestyle factors which affect your posture and fitness levels.
Support material will be given for you to use at home.
