What to wear

Comfortable clothing with an elaticated waist band
Socks sometimes and definately in the winter
Long sleeves and layers in the winter

What to bring

A hand towel, to aid correct posture (not necessary for everyone)
A yoga block if you know you need one (I have some if you don't have one)
Your own mat - a good quality one helps to protect your spine, knees and wrists 


Some classes may progress to light hand weights depending on the needs of the participants.

0.5kg - 1.5kg suggested for ladies, 1kg - 2.5kg suggested for men
